You may want to limit your time on your computer to shorter periods of time after the surgery in order to help avoid having your eyes become even more dry. It is a proven fact that if you stare at a computer screen you blink only half of the time that you do when you are not on the computer, so this will exacerbate any dry eye symptoms that you may have.
